If you as a customer of a print subscription access online accessible contents of your print subscription, we additionally collect and process the following data\:

• License key of your company subscription or
• Customer number of your print subscription.

VI. Newsletter

With your e-mail address you can subscribe to our newsletter, which informs you about our latest products and services, if you agree to receive the newsletter. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO. We store your e-mail address as long as you use your user account.

The service is provided using the so-called "double opt-in" procedure. You will receive an e-mail with a link that you can use to confirm that you are the owner of the e-mail address and that you wish to be notified via our e-mail service. If your subscription is not confirmed within 96 hours of requesting the confirmation e-mail, your personal data provided will not be processed, but will be automatically deactivated and deleted with the next data check (usually within one week).
