Worum geht es in dem Webinar?
CSM erklärt die Leistungsanalyse an performanten elektrischen Antriebssträngen. Dabei werden sowohl die Instrumentierung am Prüfstand und als auch in Testfahrzeugen gezeigt. Die Durchführung der Leistungsmessung zwischen Batterie, Inverter und Elektromotoren wird vorgestellt.

Inhalte des Webinars:
Elektrofahrzeuge werden immer leistungsfähiger. Das hat auch Auswirkungen auf die Messtechnik. CSM und Vector zeigen, wie mit einer flexiblen und skalierbaren Toolkette die Instrumentierung von Prüfständen und Testfahrzeugen vereinfacht werden kann. Das wird besonders deutlich bei der Analyse der elektrischen Leistung von performanten Antriebsträngen. Die elektrische Leistungsmessung ist dabei Ausgangspunkt für alle weiteren Analysen beispielweise der Aufnahme von Wirkungsgradkennfeldern oder die Energieverbrauchsmessungen bei Testzyklen nach WLTP.

Die Leistungsanalyse wird mit dem VectorE-Mobility Analyzer und den CSM-Breakout-Modulen durchgeführt, die aktiv in den Hochvoltleitungen messen. Der Vorteil ist die skalierbare, dezentrale Messung von hohen Strömen und Spannungen kombiniert mit der Vector-Kalibrierhardware und CANape. 

Referenten:
Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Timo Eich ist Business Development Manager im Bereich Messtechnik bei der CSM GmbH. Er arbeitete über 15 Jahre als Sales & Key Account Manager und war die letzten 5 Jahre Teamleiter des Vertriebsteams Bayern/Österreich bei CSM. Im Rahmen seiner vertrieblichen Tätigkeit begleitete er mehrere hundert Kundenprojekte als Consultant für Mess- und Prüftechnik, hauptsächlich im Automobilumfeld. 

Dipl.-Ing. Johann Mathä ist Manager E-Mobility bei der CSM GmbH. Bis 2002 war er Product Line Manager für Optical Network Tester bei Acterna. 2005 übernahm er die Marketingleitung für Test & Messtechnik bei Yokogawa.
